CNC Swiss Machine Operator
Set up and run CNC Swiss-type screw machines producing close-tolerance, complex parts, monitoring quality throughout the production run.

Responsibilities
- Load bar stock and run production on CNC Swiss machines to print specifications
- Monitor part quality throughout the run using standard inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
- Perform routine tool changes and minor offset adjustments to hold tolerance
- Keep accurate production records and communicate issues to the shift lead
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe work area
Requirements
- Prior CNC machine operation experience, Swiss-type experience a plus
- Comfortable reading blueprints and using precision measuring instruments
- Attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
- Ability to stand for a full shift and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
