CNC Swiss Programmer
Program and set up CNC Swiss machines for new and existing jobs, translating customer prints into efficient, repeatable single-setup processes.

Responsibilities
- Write and edit CNC programs for Citizen-type Swiss machines from customer drawings
- Plan tooling and work-holding for complex, multi-operation parts run complete in one chucking
- Optimize cycle time while holding print tolerances
- Run first-article setups and troubleshoot process issues on the floor
- Work with quality staff to resolve dimensional or finish issues
Requirements
- Experience programming Swiss-type or multi-axis CNC lathes
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
- Problem-solving mindset — comfortable with the shop's hard-to-make, one-off and short-run work
- Familiarity with bar loaders and live tooling a plus
