Responsibilities
- Coordinate job scheduling across CNC Swiss machines to meet customer delivery needs
- Supervise and support machine operators, addressing performance and training needs
- Partner with programming and quality staff to resolve production issues quickly
- Track production metrics and communicate status to leadership
- Uphold safety and housekeeping standards on the shop floor
Requirements
- Prior supervisory experience in a CNC machining environment
- Working knowledge of Swiss-type machining processes
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities across varied lot sizes and job types
